The first step to battling burnout is being able to recognize it in yourself. You might be feeling run down, exhausted, tired of your career, losing patience, and feeling alone. These are all signs of burnout. It is understandable to have these issues right now with our world in chaos. We want to be there for you to help prevent burnout.
Emotional PPE is an introductory mini-workshop (less than 30 minutes), because we know you are BUSY! This mini-workshop was designed to get you thinking about the difference between stress, burnout, and compassion fatigue. We also discuss a few self-care and mindfulness techniques.
